每次聽這首歌都有一種生命快要完結的感覺
而最近身體虛弱到令自己不禁有這種感覺
不尋常的氣喘、突然的心跳加速、全身無力 等等，都令我有命不久爾的感覺 (喂
今天終於看了中醫師，醫師說：「你這是血虛和氣虛，好難搞。怎麼那麼不珍貴自己的身體？多進補吧。」
其實我比很多人都愛惜身體的。飲食健康、不煙不酒、準時睡覺，只是運動量可能不太夠
然而天生身體比較弱也是沒辦法的
加上是女性，每個月的生理期都會有自然流失，這我也不想的
啊……好恨自己這樣的體質
